摘要:叉車轉向橋橋體是叉車實現轉向功能的關鍵零部件,其結構的設計是否滿足要求將直接影響叉車的使用安全。為此,基于虛擬樣機技術,利用ADAMS對叉車轉向橋進行多體動力學仿真分析,獲得轉向橋橋體所受載荷隨時間變化規律。利用ANSYS Workbench對叉車轉向橋橋體進行靜力學分析和諧響應分析,根據靜力學分析結果進行安全強度校核。根據諧響應分析的變形頻率響應曲線找出橋體諧響應振幅最大時的頻率,計算出最大頻率下的應力和應變云圖。結果表明,其強度滿足國家安全評估標準。同時,橋體引起共振的頻率為700Hz,遠遠大于路面引起的共振頻率,所設計橋體滿足設計標準。
Abstract:
Abstract: The steering-bridge is a key part of the forklift to realize the function of steering, whether the design of the structure meets the requirements will directly affect the safety of forklift. Therefore, this article is based on the simulation of virtual prototype technology, ADAMS multi-body dynamics analysis was carried out on the steering-bridge for forklift, got the steering-bridge load variation with time. The static analysis harmonic response analysis based on ANSYS Workbench, according to the static analysis results verify its safety strength. And according to the deformation of the frequency response curve to found the largest steering-bridge harmonic response amplitude of frequency, calculate the stress strain contours of maximum frequency. The results show that the security strength met the nation stard of safety assessment. And the resonance frequency caused by the steering-bridge is 700Hz, which is much higher than the resonance frequency caused by the road surface. The designed steering-bridge meets the design stards.
